The Packers finished 5th last year against the pass. They have let a large number of yards through the air so far this year but they have 5 picks in the last 2 games from their secondary. If there run defense continues to stifle the run the opposition has no choice but to throw the ball which will lead to some yards against. They may average more than 190 yrds per game against this year but it won't stay at the 300+ per game range. The bottom line here is the Packers are a top 5 Fantasy defensive start this week.

Re: Week 4 Fantasy Football Defense/Special Teams Ranks

Tramon Williams is a shut down corner and they have a guy back there named Charles Woodson. I should have said that Denver hasn't moved the ball well in the air & Williams will shut down Lloyd which will lead Green Bay to their first blow out this weekend. It's not like Denver has multiple threats out there and if Lloyd is neutralized and they already can't run on Green Bay... open up the flood gates. 3 games into the season doesn't say how bad their pass defense as a team is anyway..they played in that shootout week 1 with New Orleans and Brees had over 400 yards in the air. They are better then 31st in the league vs. the pass. IMO.

Re: Week 4 Fantasy Football Defense/Special Teams Ranks

Where are you getting your stats? #5 Packers. I don't disagree that this is a good matchup, but the Packers this season LEAD the league in rush defense and rate 2nd to WORST in pass defense. In no way have they proved to be "good against the pass." How are these picks supposed to be credible?

Re: Fantasy Daddy MNF Contest Week 3

Cowboys - 56

Re: Fantasy Daddy MNF Contest Week 3

Washington - 40

B.J. Ive loved him ever since LSU and its between him and Patrick Chung in my 2nd DB spot...The Redskins have drafted pretty well the last couple years, Ryan Kerrigan of Purdue is a BEAST...go rams!
